LoL i figured that out just by thinking about another
favorite video of mine and how much i wanted it.
i looked for it and looked for it for so long that iv had
a virus outbreak on my computer. Of course i got it fixed.
So yeah all you need is to google free audio and screen recorder
and there you go.if you cant find it keep on looking.
once you do find it put to it record and make sure your watching the video
that you want.Oh and make sure you configure the settings too

Yea and then you will end up with a worse copy then the one you watched
