How do you get a profile picture? And signatures?

You go to your "User CP"
Go to "Signature"
And go to "Avatar" for Profile picture.

You could make your own and upload them or ask someone nicely to make you one

Yeah like that or you could get the link of one picture and paste it.were it says,

Upload an Avatar from an URL :
Enter the URL of the location containing the Avatar image, it will be copied to this site.

And then hit Save
