Well, this is 100% real, first off, and is not going to be released (at least for the time being). Basically Total_Noob found a kernel exploit for 6.38, ported TN-A over to work on 6.38 (+ the TN Settings stuff) and he isn't going to release it.
Apparently he is upset because after he released TN-E, and it STILL did not contain an ISO loader built in, and everyone started complaining about it, he decided not to release this at all. He is AGAINST people hacking their PSP's simply to STEAL and PIRATE games, and that is why he still hasn't included ISO Loader/drivers in TN. It is foolish to me that he doesn't release this and win the Genesis Competition and all the money that comes with it, but hey, what do i know right?
Feel free to leave your opinion.

Dude, without TN, you wouldnt have TN, PRO, CXMB for ALL GEN firmwares, Ultimate VSH Menu, and a whole SH*T load of other things he has made. He is one of the biggest contributors to the PSP/Homebrew/CFW scene.
I've known so many people that started really young in this scene and ended up in much better places, It's good to see that there is people that had the know-how to take it to the next level and stay with the scene.
I'm not surprised to hear that he's 15, there are a lot of people that were lucky enough to learn from some one that knew what they were doing. You'll find out more so that each of them did most of it on their own with good direction from some one that realized it's better to share what you know with some one that has the will to do it all for the sake of learning and nothing more.

Spoken like a true "Orical"
You must know a little C Orical, why not try decrypting and finding the vulnerability in the 6.38 Kernel.
I have never been able to get the PSP Dev environment fully installed and functioning on my PC otherwise I would give it a go.
